What the DET is
The test takes about an hour, is taken on a computer with a webcam and microphone, and is scored on a 10–160 scale. The DET fee is charged in US dollars and has been revised in the past, so check the official Duolingo site for today's price and for any extra charges, such as sending scores to additional institutions.
