1. Who we are

Hijrat is a travel and immigration consultancy based at 18-B, Irshad Arcade, Aabpara Market, Islamabad, Pakistan. We assist with visa applications, Umrah packages, overseas manpower, scholarships, document attestation and certified translation.

2. Our role

Hijrat is a consultancy and facilitation service. Visa and immigration decisions are made solely by embassies, consulates and government authorities. We cannot guarantee approval of any application.

3. Fees

Service fees are always confirmed with you before payment, with government fees shown separately. No charges apply until you confirm and submit a request.

4. Money-back guarantee

Where stated, the money-back guarantee applies to rejections caused by errors within Hijrat's control. Embassy and government decisions, and government fees already paid, are final and outside our control.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide truthful, accurate and complete information and genuine documents. Hijrat is not responsible for outcomes caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the applicant.

Documents you share are used only to deliver the requested service (see our Privacy Policy).
