Why Dubai Visit Visas Get Rejected for Pakistanis โ€” and How to Fix Your File

Published May 30, 2026 ยท by Hijrat โ€” visa consultants, Islamabad & Rawalpindi

The UAE visit visa is open for Pakistanis โ€” but approval is not automatic. After thousands of files, here are the rejection patterns we see at Hijrat, and what fixes them.

The five most common rejection reasons

1. Incomplete documents. The 2026 rules require the passport data page AND outer cover copy, a compliant photo, return ticket, accommodation proof and mandatory travel insurance. Missing any one of these is an instant problem.

2. Weak financials. You should be able to show roughly AED 3,000 (cash or credit card) plus a bank statement that does not show sudden decoration deposits made a week before applying.

3. The young solo male profile. Fair or not, single male applicants in their 20s with thin employment history face the highest scrutiny. A strong employment letter, family-ties evidence and a clear itinerary materially help.

4. Fake or unverified bookings. Hotels and tickets get verified. Cancelled-after-applying reservations are a known trick โ€” and a known rejection trigger.

5. Past overstays. Overstay fines now run from day one (AED 50/day) and immigration history is digital. Clear old fines before reapplying.

If you have already been rejected

A rejection is not permanent. The fix is identifying the actual reason โ€” then reapplying with a corrected file after a sensible gap. Hijrat reviews rejected files free on WhatsApp: +92 334 105 3639. Government fee and service fee always quoted separately, no charges until you confirm.
